Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier company. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. At present, international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to customs restrictions.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.

Exchange Conditions

Requests must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery. Products should be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Pickup and delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Opened, used or altered products cannot be exchanged. (Without Unboxing Video)
