Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by emailing us at rainbowdivine33@gmail.com. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. If your order has already been shipped, you may cancel by refusing delivery. In this case, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Since we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), this option is not applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and payment gateway fees are also non-refundable as they are charged directly by service providers.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are approved only when the request is raised within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the product is damaged or defective, an unboxing video is required for claim approval.
